Message: The owner is very nice and a pleasure to deal with and the finished product was good not great. What I mean is that the stitching on the hem was not that even and she sewed over the garment washing instructions so now we have no idea as to care of the dress. I wish she had taken a bit more time and cut the washing instructions out and replace them instead of just sewing over them as you can see in the picture. Reply to owners Reply.. How are you going to fix a tag that you cut off? And just because you feel that that something was minor when I paid you $280. 00 to hem two dresses properly, not something that a novice could have done. Wish you took a little more pride in the work that you charged for and a little less boggled about my review.

Message: I brought in some tuxedo pants to be hemmed… everything turned out great. Realized after the fact that my tuxedo jacket did not have the buttons sewn onto the sleeves (my oversight since I didn’t bring the jacket with me on the first visit and it was a new tuxedo)… she was able to help me out in a pinch and sewed the buttons that same day. I really appreciated that and, in my book, that easily rates a 5-star review!

Message: I highly recommend Alter Creations. I showed up at Alter Creations 5 days before my wedding after a mishap with another alteration place. My dress wasn't even close to fitting. Marta agreed to fix my dress and did an incredible job. The dress fit perfectly and she finished it very quickly and provided a very reasonable price. I couldn't recommend Alter Creations enough!
